The New Queen Covid-19 response
In the challenging and uncertain times that the current Covid-19 pandemic brings we wanted to inform you of our response and processes to ensure your continued safety when visiting us and to combat the spread.
We are closely following advice from the World Health Organisation, Central Government, Public Health England and Local Authorities and will continue to act on best practice recommended.
We have also:-
Increased frequency of sanitising and cleaning – With particular attention to the most frequently touched surfaces such as door handles, credit card machines, lavatories and chairs. Hand sanitiser is available for use by customers throughout the premises.
Reinforced our existing health and food safety protocols – including glove use in preparation areas, increased regularity of cleaning small and large equipment, liaising with our supplies to ensure their process is thorough and satisfactory, diligent monitoring of staff health and welfare with any staff showing any symptoms, or returning from high risk areas, being asked to self-isolate for up to 14 days.
At The New Queen, the wellbeing and safety of our colleagues and customers remains our top priority and we will continue we do all we can to provide a safe enjoyable environment.
We would like to thank you in advance for your continued support and should you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
The New Queen Team
The New Queen is a country pub with a relaxed ambience, full of style and comfort, where you can wine & dine or enjoy our bar stocked with a fine selection of wines, spirits and real cask ales.
Outside we have a large decking area for alfresco summer dining where you can enjoy the spectacular views over the local countryside along the river Avon.
Bring your family, friends, colleagues or just pop in and try our delicious lunchtime menu or relax and enjoy our excellent evening menu with traditional pub classics and our chef’s excellent daily specials, taking inspiration from local seasonal produce and typical British dishes.
We are proud to be working with many local suppliers, forging partnerships with them to ensure the freshness and quality we demand. We are constantly seeking potential culinary friends, so please let us know, any local recommendations you may have.
